On 7 May, the New Huasian Institute launched a special “Howt’s Hydrogen Energy” initiative by the Tax Administration of Luong, the National Tax Administration, which is fully located in the city of Luong, Province of Shanxi, on a new model for modernizing the management of tax fees for the hydrocarbon industry.
The hydrogen energy industry is an important strategic and emerging industry in Luong. In recent years, the Ruylum has set the goal of building “hydroall” in the north, integrating the hydrogen energy industry, creating a hydraulic-industrial chain, developed jointly by the Peng, the American-Energy, the Gas-station-carrier, and moving out of a hydrogen-energy industry path with its own characteristics.
The Lüh City Revenue Authority focuses on the development of “chain owners” business and professional townships, supported by “smart tax customization”, providing a variety of exclusive services in the areas of data endowment, strong intelligence, team management, and “tax power” to build “new highlands” for the development of a hydrogen energy industry. “In 2022, the city of Luong has been reduced, exempted, rebuffed and taxed over $5.7 billion, and policy support has been innovative. This year we will focus on enterprises such as hydrogen-enabled professional towns, tapping the potential of businesses, so that enterprises can “shall enjoy their dues” in terms of tax incentives.” The throne of the Director of the Tax Department of the City of Luong.
The Montpeng Group, a private venture supported by coal charization, produces large quantities of coal furnaces. In order to effectively address energy waste, the Pfife Group uses coal gas as a priority industry for transition development, which now has a production capacity of 20,000 tons of hydrocarbons per year, involving the production, storage, transport, plus, and whole-industrial chain of hydrogen energy.
“In 2022, the cost savings of $100 million were realized through tax premiums, scattered at the end of hydrogen production, with a reduction of $2 trillion in the cost of hydrogen production, and the development of the underlying gas of hydrogen energy.” The Deputy Managing Director of the Pfife Group stated that, although the company’s hydraulic power plates were still in the pipeline, the development of hydrogen energy continued.
The development of hydrogen energy is a strategic brand and a difficult process, but tax fees favour the foundations of good development in the hydrogen energy industry.
“The production of hydrocarbons, storage, hydrogen energy batteries, electric piles, and car development will require financial support from the sea, and the continuous optimization of the tax environment provides substantial liquidity for businesses and eases the financial pressures of enterprises. R&D plus tax credits of $6.09.2 million in 2022, a one-time deduction of less than 5 million fixed assets of $44.3.6 million, a total of nearly $200 million in tax credits, such as tax credits, are more deductible this year, and many concessions are being further excavated.”
From the coal-coal industry, which has been “black” to the new energy industry of “bush-to-see” hydrogen is becoming a “new pets” for regional development in Luong.
Currently, the city of Luong has two full-scale hydrogen production projects, nine additional hydrogen stations have been completed and more than 200 hydrogen refrigerators are operational, with a full operation of over 300 kilometres per heavy card. Hydrocarbons, low-cost hydrogen production and a combination of applications, with the first size of the HEC in the city of Luong.
“The hydrogen energy industry is a blue sea, with a broad development perspective, and we have established the Hydrogen Energy Tax Service, the Tax Manager’s Fund, which forms a multidisciplinary team for hydrocarbon-related tax services, and integrates the tax-management services sector of hydrogen-energy enterprises into one unit, with real-time tax services, to ensure that all hydro-energy enterprises in the region are lightened.” Wang thaw.
