Hi, it’s pinner.
The NFT tool pass meta in April reminds everyone how we need a good tool. However, most of the website only provides different information. And it’s up to user to interpret it.
First of all, Opensea API is not correctly functioning. It lacks some of the sales and people are not able to reconstruct the floor price of a collection.
Secondly, the rarity makes it complicated to define the price. We will never sell a zombie cryptopunk at 50 eth (current floor price of a punk) for example.
It’s quite hard to say. But I’ll just show some image below:

It’s clear that if some sales are not broadcasted by Opensea, and the floor price will be totally fucked up (blue line, 0 quantile).
This can be solved, with a mysterious way:

So, if we deal with the floor price NFTs (like the idea of NFTX), we do have a price. Anyway we know that we can buy at this price and sell not far from this price.
And Bang!

If we use a simple threshold at -0.5/0.5, we have the following entry/quit:

We have around 3 breaks even entries, whereas the third circle gains 0.4 eth.
This is only the beginning. I’m currently crowd funding to make this online. Mint the squarez (by the way the idea was to fuck the April meta with this NFT hehe) to get the first signal access when it is done. The mint price is very low since I can’t offer you much so far, but it will worth it.
