lots of talk about onboarding new users and retail. my belief is the best single way to onboard a new consumer is make it easy for them to earn their first tokens or for them to be gifted their first tokens. here are two products working on this that i have yet to try myself, but look interesting and i plan to try asap. Chedar by @hudson - Chedar is an iphone app that allows anybody to scan a qr code to receive tokens. they currently just use coinbase wallet and support Base assets ETH, USDC ...

Super Metal Mons by @supermetalx - Mons is a strategic board game where two players maneuver pieces with distinct moves to carry mana to the corner of the board. First to 5 wins. Their are 5 pieces that have unique capabilities. Mons has been around for a while but I fully dove in recently and its very fun. There is a tutorial that is helpful. Connect your wallet, create an id card, mint collectibles and compete on a leaderboard.

Vibe Market by @hi_im_nico - Vibe market is an NFT launch pad meets Pokemon packs / Labubu blind box. Buy packs with ETH and open to reveal cards with different rarities. They have automatic buy backs and the randomness is onchain. It's permissionless and anybody can create their own packs. Read their docs here.

Pump Party by @arthurissir - Pump Party is mobile app that is HQ Trivia style livestream where people compete at the same time with varying interactive games. They are also going to skill-based real money competitions. You can learn more and find a link to download here.
