Like Ethereum, was created to bring control back to the users where a user data is owned by them as well. However, apart from being pseudo anonymous, it does not have many ways to protect the privacy of users. To combat this, Ethereum and various protocols are looking to implement zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) to improve privacy for users.
