Hello world!

Here's a challenge that I'm currently working on:

  • Teach entrepreneurship to: PhD researchers, students in international exchange, and people in general, that want to give life to their personal projects or want to create something out of their research and development.

Why does it matter:

  • PhD researchers may feel that their efforts on research have few contributions or use beyond the academic scope, and they are looking for meaningful experience with real world problems, where their action has an impact in other people’s life.

  • International exchange students, aka ERASMUS in Europe, bring a cultural diversity that can become a valuable contribution for the local challenges. An immersion in an entrepreneurial journey can provide a unique cultural experience.

  • General public, those who have a business idea, or a hobby, and want to transform it into a small business but don't know how or don't have peers to learn from.

How I want to help:

  • I'm planning to build a material set that can provide the basis of business management, ideation, decision making, customer development and financing.

  • I want this to be a foundation from where they can trust the process they design and can go back to review their assumptions, to understand what they got right or wrong, e to restart again if needed.

  • I want them to master the boring basics, and to be comfortable studying and exploring the specific advanced concepts as needed.

So, these are my initial thoughts on the topic. I'll get back here to share the progress.
