If text is a projection of the world, then it is a low resolution projection of the world. Surely it conjures up a strong expression of a* world, but a world expressed in text or through speech was once first conceptualized to be written or spoken. A world is therefore an expression of perspective such that beyond the text, from the subjective point of view, everything else that accompanies it in its transmission, like the sound of your voice, the style of your delivery, your emphases and the intonation you impart enhances and sharpens that resolution for delivery. Text is but one feature of the framework making up the projection.
In other words, when you write or speak of your world, the stylized perspective you give is a feature of the projection and so is your way of expression, the manner in which you dress and how you carry yourself, this on top of the text you communicate.
All intangibles of expression play a companion part in constructing a coherent projection that is delivered all at once through a single or a handful of channels such as your written word or through the spoken one. Everything you believe in, everything youβve experienced and how you remember all of these cohesively as youβre imprinting your thoughts into a language of words for formulating that projection make up the dressing which is backed by your history, your roots, your values and everything that has materialized through the passage of time with your growth.
The essence of innovation therefore in a human is in its ability to craft this projection in an instant and leave it behind through a written or spoken trace. This trace is a unit that can sometimes be commercialized according to things such as copyright, which a few people are up in arms about lately. Mistakenly some may believe that copyright is around to protect that thing which is left behind, the written words, the text, the spoken word in a video, the trace, but itβs probably a lot more than that. It is protecting the personal innovation and the culminated work drawn from it that any one of us has acted upon and fulfilled to leave behind as a record.
In essence, we are a compound of abilities for which multiple and singular projections are expressible through our voices and at our hands which all make up the ingenious artifacts that we create and leave behind, a testament to human innovation.
