The f(x)Core to Pundi AIFX Omnilayer upgrade is complete on February 25th 2025. This upgrade includes the following two changes:
f(x)Core has upgraded to Pundi AIFX Omnilayer;
f(x)Core’s native token FX was renamed to PUNDIAI, with a 100:1 swap ratio (100 FX = 1 PUNDIAI). FX on Pundi AIFX Omnilayer (formerly f(x)Core) was automatically upgraded, including both staked and non-staked tokens.
MetaMask’s developer interface has implemented a length limit of 2–6 characters for the token symbol. The new name “PUNDIAI” has 7 characters, which exceeds the limit. To change the old names, users need to edit them manually on their MetaMask.
For new users
If this is your first time to add Pundi AIFX Omnilayer to your MetaMask, see here.

For existing users
Log into your MetaMask. Go to Select a network, find f(x)Core, and choose Edit.
2. Update the old names.
Simply enter Pundi AIFX in Network name, and PUNDIAI in Currency symbol.
3. Click Save. Now your MetaMask shows the new names!
