PyramiDAO is an international collective of people united by the mission of building the most important and significant monument ever created by a crypto project… a pyramid!
The pyramid will not only be the biggest feat ever accomplished by a crypto project, but it will also have its own business model capable of rewarding its investors over time. Join us, and take part in this madness too!
The pyramid will be funded through the sale of the PyramiDAO governance token ($MUMMY). The pyramid will be a dedication to Bitcoin and web 3.0 as a whole, therefore it will have aesthetic references regarding these elements. Details regarding the pyramid features will be released later. The names of the lenders will be engraved on the inside walls of the first floor of the pyramid. The spaces on the interior walls of the other floors will be sold. The pyramid will also be the site of exclusive events.
The pyramid will be built in Zug, the crypto valley of Switzerland. Zug is one of the 26 Cantons of Switzerland and is home to some of the most important crypto project foundations: Ethereum, Cardano, Solana, Aave, etc. This place offers political stability and friendly regulation regarding the web 3.0 industry.
The pyramid has a profitable business model, there are several sources of revenue. First of all, the spaces on the internal walls (excluding the first floor) will be sold to individuals or companies. For example, some crypto projects will be able to buy a piece of wall to engrave their logo and leave a mark inside the most important monument linked to the world of cryptocurrencies. The outer walls of the pyramid can be rented for a fee as advertising space. Through the spotlights, the pyramid can be transformed into an advertising billboard for companies. Finally, the pyramid will be the site of exclusive events and can be rented. The pyramid will also be replicated in the metaverse, so that additional advertising space can be sold.
Fundraising for the construction of the pyramid will be carried out on the Juicebox website, a decentralized financing platform on the Ethereum blockchain. Two of the most important fundraisers in the crypto space were carried out through Juicebox, namely AssangeDAO ($26,000,000 raised) and ConstitutionDAO ($17,000,000 raised).
The goal is to raise 1,000 ETH through the sale of PyramiDAO's governance token. The total supply is 21'000'000 MUMMY, but only 20'000'000 MUMMY will be sold. The sale price is 1 ETH / 20'000 MUMMY. Information regarding the terms and period of sale will be released later.

In this case we have decided to include team members and major investors. The decisions regarding the development of the project and the management of the funds will be made through voting thanks to the Snapshot platform.
