Look around, the crypto world is dominated by several major investors, which have monopolized their projects with the wealth and prestige accumulated in the last round of markets. They have changed. They are no longer the discoverers of value, no longer the guardians of the market. The money went to the head, and the wealth they earned from their reputation went to LP's rather than giving back to the community. These centralized institutions have turned their back on the Vision of Web3 and opted for the Web2 approach, taking wealth from us so easily through information gap, resources gap, and monopolies. Their cleverness makes them ruthless. The old order of distribution still shackles us.
Some of us choose to surrender, still choose to be in the discourse system of the central institution, expecting to be the "lucky dog" rewarded by the institution. Token Economics
Token Distribution Plan
Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) : 50% · LP Pool (Locked) : 30% · The Project Development Team (Linear Releasing) : 10% · The Advertising and Marketing Fees (Linear Releasing) : 10%
Linear Releasing : It is a 1-year cycle and 1/12 will be released on a monthly basis. Releasing expires after 1 year.
Initial Exchange Offering
RebelsDAO plans to raise funds on JuiceBox, 80% of ETH will be used to provide liquidity for exchange and all raised funds will be released at the same time without linear unlocking. RebelsDAO does not set a maximum limit for IEO amounts, but sets a minimum limit of 80ETH to ensure adequate liquidity for RebelsDAO.
If this lower limit is not reached, a refund program will be initiated. Token sale price is 1$ETH = 500,000$Rebel.
At the end of the funding period, RebelsDAO will calculate and generate the corresponding token supply based on the funds received. The remaining 20% of ETH will be put into the Treasury's Multi-signature wallet and the first phase of the investment will open, all the proceeds of the investment will be used to repurchase $Rebel and distribute to $dRebel holders as a reward.
The Project Development Team
10% $RAC will be distributed to the development team to reward their hard work. However, to protect the right of our donators, this part of $RAC is linear released in 1 year.
The Advertising and Marketing Fees
The only way to promote RebelsDAO's goals and mission is letting more and more people learn about RebelsDAO, join RebelsDAO, and be rebels. This part of the token will serve as a community reward to motivate the community. It is managed through the Treasury and multiple signs of knights to motivate members with outstanding contributions, develop, expand and promote the community.
