What is meant to happen has already happened. Just because you can’t see it yet doesn’t mean it hasn’t already taken place. Light travels differently, and what you perceive with your eyes is not immediate—it’s simply the delayed manifestation of events. People often misunderstand the concept of “seeing.” They confuse “looking” with truly “seeing.”
Looking is passive; it’s just observing light as it interacts with the eye. Seeing, however, is deeper—it requires integration of all your senses, your awareness, and your intuition. To truly see, you must feel, perceive, and know. What we think we see with our eyes is just an illusion of light—a delayed imprint of something that has already occurred. It’s the way the unconscious mind experiences the external world, filtered through the ego.
Light itself is knowledge. It’s consciousness. When distorted, it becomes ego—a false light, a misleading perception of reality. This false light convinces us that we understand others, the world, or even ourselves. But this “knowing” is often just an illusion, a reflection of ego. Shedding light on something doesn’t mean turning on a lamp—it means illuminating it with understanding and truth.
Our relationships mirror who we truly are, especially the parts of ourselves we’d rather not face—the shadows, the darkness. Most people spend their lives leaning on the false sense of self the ego provides, mistaking appearances for truth. But when you go through an ego death—when you strip away the false self—you experience life as it truly is. You begin to see with all your senses, not just your eyes. Seeing becomes knowing, and knowing becomes consciousness. Consciousness itself is light.
This is why the concept of the speed of light is profound. It’s not just a physical phenomenon; it’s a metaphor for the way knowledge travels and manifests in our awareness. Healing allows us to remember truths we’ve forgotten. The very fact that we can forget and then remember is evidence that we carry this knowledge within us—we just need to heal and reconnect to access it. Everything is fractal, repeating in patterns at every level of existence. The universe shows us pieces of our story every day if we’re willing to look deeply and truly see.
The ego, in its false light, is like the demiurge—a creator of illusions. The battle against the false self is the ultimate struggle. An idle mind is the devil’s workshop not because of external forces but because the ego, left unchecked, creates endless false narratives that blind us to the truth.
True seeing—true knowing—requires transcending the illusions of the ego. It’s a return to your authentic self, the part of you that perceives reality without distortion. To see is to know, and to know is to be conscious. Consciousness is the ultimate light that illuminates the truth of who we are and the interconnected universe we inhabit.
