New waves of science and technology
The President of the Board, happily, described the fires of CatGPT with a word: the Vi model war. To date, there are at least 30 AI major models in the country that have been opened.
The red tape will not miss the class. In recent days, it has been reported that the red books have been secretly prepared for the “larger model” team, pre-empting participation in the R&D layout of large model technologies. However, with the exception of the NLP technical team from advertising operations, which is the core staff of the model, as well as the fact that several independent departments are exploring the direction of AIGC, more information is still “confidential”.
There was no response to the “whether large models were being developed”. However, there are internal statements that the large model is not an external “multisectoral participation”, and there is a lack of internal confidence in the research and development. In the view of the internal population, the red books are somewhat “unequipped” to the larger model, one that seeks to make the content more diverse and another that is worried about the “generated AI versus the content” that subverts the present autonomy, some of which are forced into the equation.
As a representative enterprise of the “economy economy”, the red books have always been deeply felt by AI. It is an area where AI is well-established and vulnerable to shocks because it depends on a living fine-tuned text and a small knowledge-based video based on poor information.
Have regulations been tightened and forced into place?
As of the draft, there had been no response to the reality of the “small red paper” model in outside coverage. However, the “Trik” AI creative application, which combines the previous front line of the red book, and the attitude of the company’s high management in referring to AIGC, can be concluded - the small red tape model and the related product technology development, are largely on board.
At the WILL Business Conference, held in February this year, in an interview with the media of the red book COO Kirknan, who spoke about the implications of AIGC for future content patterns, it was pointed out that “as technology, equipment, etc. progress, the content will become richer and more diverse, we should keep pace with technology, maintain our interest and promote the publication tools that we provide to creators”.
High-level remarks represent, to some extent, the advent of the red book on AIGC. A wave of AIGC entrepreneurship based on a large model is continuing with the development and associated layout of large models of Internet enterprises in the headlines of Ali, 100, denture, 360, philatelic, etc. In the view of those working, “the current state of the red books is not the active model, but rather the outside environment has to be pushed back”.
It should be noted that, as a social platform, the technical capacity of the red tape is not prominent, and given the high calability, data and manpower costs of the model, the probability of participation in the basic model, the large-scale industry model development is low, and it is more likely to focus on the model application chain, operate around users within the platform, and the availability of creative tools.
The “semi-injury” small infrared model, which is a mysterious legacy, is also adding to the bunkers.
On the one hand, as a result of the drafting of the Management of Generational Intelligent Services (Advisory Draft) (known as the “Management Approach”) and the introduction of public opinion, business is facing increasingly stringent clearance requirements in relation to the generation of AI products and the dissemination of technology.
The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Xu, revealed new waves of science and technology, and with the expiration of the recent feedback date on the management approach, “while many businesses have made many comments and suggestions, regulatory changes tend to be more inclined to understand generation AI at the content level rather than knowledge production tools, and future regulatory trends may be critical”.
Examples include the recent resonance of the “AI Sun pets” choirs of concern, such as jørn, Korean Reds and Seventh-Year Students. The Secretary-General pointed out that “the emergence of a new generation-based AI based on a large model, which, due to the fact that it would be necessary to learn from the peculiarity data of the subject of the model prior to the generation of the content, had in fact skiled off the abuser “insensitivities” to infringe on the scope of the Minas’s image and intellectual property rights, but to the extent that it was used”.
This led to the fact that, as previously the model of digital governance, the problem was largely the responsibility of the platform or the joint and several responsibilities of the platform. In the context of regulatory tightening, life-users amounting to 260 million small red books per month, wanting to participate in the larger model, have to start with a view to possible content governance and a vetting and management mechanism. This, in fact, goes beyond technological research and development, and requires considerable expenditure on audit costs.
The key to success depends on the satisfaction of the blog?
On the other hand, for large models and even for the layout of AIGC, it will not be possible to win the support of the existing platform of the red tape and will be the key to their development success.
As a business that is dominated by the economy, the fine-tuned and information-based, small knowledge-based videos on which small red books depend are the most vulnerable to AI shocks. It is likely to trigger resistance by the platform’s blogs if the brands, pictures, videos, etc. on the platform are used for training in home-based models for research and development.
Until then, while other platforms were facing a pause, nearly 327.8 million powdered wires of science and technology had been referred to as one of the main reasons why the “generated AI’s subversive of the content industry” had been referred to in the context of new waves of science and technology.
According to the Lu poetry, “as many of the former blogists, who had been created with proficiency in writing, did not have the capacity to produce pictures, video clips, etc., they recruited specialized personnel, which eventually led to a drop in the number of `labs for workers’ but began to consider compressing costs as a result of the surge in the capacity to produce scripts, videos, etc. from the generation of AI”.
After participating in the National Multi-数字 Digital Governance Forum, Mr. Xu has heard and witnessed a large number of real stories of the impact of the generation AI on digital creators and, on that basis, summed up his own perception of the generation AI — the emergence of the generation of AI, with subversives of the content industry being “tsets”, especially in the area of digital creation, such as poster creation, the creation of scripts, some of the low-level numbers of localities.
