In this article we will talk about the benefits of @Zama_fhe, core-technology features and FHE, but the main focus will be on the community contributors program.

What is FHE?

Fully Homomorphic Encryption. FHE enables data processing without decryption—companies provide services without accessing user data, while users experience unchanged functionality. With encryption maintained during both transit and processing, all online activities can now be truly end-to-end encrypted.

FHE is already gathering a lot of support among Googlem, Amazon and other industry giants. Chips for FHE computing are being developed.

What exactly is the solution that Zama offers?

Zama offers infrastructure building for encrypted transactions, computing, and confidential dApps and tokens for already existing blockchains!

And that's a huge advantage of Zama! As early as 2025, the first confidential dApps and tokens are scheduled to launch on the Ethereum mainnet and on its L2 networks, and in 2026 on Solana!

Zama offers FHEVM library for devs, so that everyone can develop their applications without restrictions.

$ZAMA token and Zama’s fundraising

According to Zama’s roadmap TGE is planned at the end of Q4 2025.
Zama raised $130M total in series A and B, rounds led by Multicoin Capital, Protocol Labs, Pantera Capital, etc.

The $ZAMA token is the native token of the Zama Protocol. It is used for protocol fees, staking and governance. It follows a burn and mint model, where 100% of the fees are burnt and tokens are minted to reward operators.

Deploying a confidential app on a supported chain is free and permissionless. Furthermore, the Zama Protocol does not charge for the FHE computation, instead charging for: Verifying ZKPoKs, Decrypting ciphertexts, Bridging ciphertexts.

To join the Zama community, a user must first pass 3 levels of the anti-bot system:

  1. Proof of humanity - Captcha and have a verified email address

  2. Follow any 3 of Zama socials: reddit, farcaster, X or telegram

  3. Hold at least 0.1 ETH or 250 USDC on ETH mainnet and also have at least 3 mainnet txs.

Next, you must complete a series of quizzes on FHE and basic aspects of the technology (quizzes, socials, watch videos)

Zama Creator Program

When all the preliminary quests and tasks are completed, access to the program itself is opened up to content creators.

At the end of each month, the top 100 content creators and developers are placed on the allowlist and given a special role in the Zama Discord.

Leaderboard closes on the 1st of each month, followed by a 7 day review of submissions. There are currently 5 main categories available:

  • X Meme Artist (50–250 pts.)

  • X Thread Crafter (50–250 pts.)

  • Knowledge Sharer (80 – 400 pts.)

  • Online Meetup Organizer (150–750 pts.)

  • IRL Meetup Organizer (200–1000 pts.)

Quality bonuses

The reward system of the Creator Program is based on points. Each month, you can participate in one or more categories, create content, and earn points.

Here’s how your points are calculated:

Points per category = Base Points × Quality Multiplier

Submissions

For each category there is an open form where you can submit your work until the end of the month. In the form you need to provide the address of the wallet linked to guild and a link to your content.

After the end of the month, the leaderboard is reset to zero. The content creator program is designed for 7 months.
