SAFE FOREST

A forest is an amazing ecosystem, and in every corner of our planet you will find a variety of forests: from tropical forests on the equator, in the tropics and subtropics, to coniferous forests in the taiga. Trees are the foundation of every forest, but there are also shrubs and grasses, mosses and lichens, mushrooms, and other forms of life. For many people, the forest is essential to life, because since ancient times people have gathered valuable berries, mushrooms, nuts, and hunted animals here. Over time, trees in the forest began to be actively cut down, because the wood now has a valuable economic value. It is used in construction and energy, in making furniture and paper, in chemical and other industries. The forest is being logged at such a rate that it is causing enormous damage to the environment.

For nature, the full development of forests is simply indispensable. In addition to being home to many unique plants, forests are home to many animals and microorganisms. The main functions of the ecological system are air purification and oxygen production.
