The City Council informed that the city was targeted at 8030 post-doctoral and high-level absentee positions globally, of which 5925 were post-doctoral positions, 2105 were vacant in high-level careers, and that recruitment needs were concentrated in high schools, medical institutions, scientific institutions, etc., and that the network of municipal councillors was available to search for and register specific job information.
