Southeast network, February 17 (Fujian Daily reporter Pan Yuanyuan) the Provincial Department of human resources and social security recently announced five major labor security violations to the society, further punish the illegal and criminal acts of defaulting on migrant workers’ wages, and effectively safeguard the workers’ right to labor remuneration.
The second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Construction Second Bureau did not deposit the wage deposit in accordance with Article 32 of the regulations on ensuring the wage payment of migrant workers. On June 23, 2021, Chengxiang District human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction of labor security supervision to the second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Construction Second Bureau according to law. The company failed to correct within the time limit and refused to perform. On July 23, 2021 and August 2, 2021, Chengxiang District human resources and Social Security Bureau successively issued the notice of administrative punishment opinions and the decision of administrative punishment opinions to the second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Construction Second Bureau, imposing an administrative fine of 75000 yuan.
Wuhan Zhonghui JIAYE Construction Co., Ltd. failed to provide the wage list to the migrant workers in accordance with Article 15 of the regulations on ensuring the wage payment of migrant workers. On July 7, 2021, Nan’an human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction on correction within a time limit for labor security supervision to Wuhan Zhonghui JIAYE Construction Co., Ltd. according to law. The company failed to correct within the time limit and refused to perform. On September 14, 2021, Nan’an human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the decision on administrative punishment to the company according to law and imposed an administrative fine of 20000 yuan in accordance with the regulations on ensuring the wage payment of migrant workers.
Quanzhou Zhizhi Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. contracted the exterior wall coating project of plot c-6-1 of Quanzhou Donghai group, and owed 30 workers 700000 yuan in labor remuneration from September to October 2021. On November 2, 2021, Fengze District human resources and social security bureau investigated and asked Li Zhenggang, the legal representative of the company, and issued the instruction of labor security supervision to order correction according to law. Although the company paid the labor remuneration owed, it failed to provide written labor materials within the time limit. On November 24, 2021, the human resources and Social Security Bureau of Fengze District issued the decision on administrative punishment to the company according to law and imposed an administrative fine of 15000 yuan.
Xu Yadong, a natural person, contracted a sole primary workshop (called Xu Yadong sole primary molding workshop without business license) to Fujian suno Technology Co., Ltd., and owed 29 workers 287300 yuan in labor remuneration. On July 8, 2021, Jinjiang human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction of labor security supervision order for correction to Xu Yadong, the actual operator according to law. Xu Yadong failed to implement the instruction within the time limit and fled and disappeared. On November 11, 2021, Jinjiang human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration.
Natural persons Li Kaixin and Liu Xiangping jointly operated the Kaixin combination factory in yangdai village, Chendai Town, Jinjiang City (without business license), and owed 63 workers 770500 yuan of labor remuneration from July to October 2021. On October 26, 2021, Jinjiang human resources and Social Security Bureau issued the instruction of labor security supervision to order correction to Li Kaixin and Liu Xiangping according to law. Li Kaixin and Liu Xiangping failed to pay within the time limit and fled and disappeared. On November 8, 2021, Jinjiang human resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration.
