Since the now famous tweet on December 15th, 2021 was sent out, an excited and talented group of individuals from across the world have been building the next generation golf club. From a single word doc that outlined the vision this amazing community had currated and closed only five days later, this DAO has evolved into a behemoth of a community taking golf by storm.

From starting a discord to a flawless mint, all the way up to rolling out a pod structure (think independently operating business units), and to the most recent step towards realization of a course - a community involved equity raise that saw current LinksDAO accredited investors become owners in the project they’ve been building the last half year.

All this building has led to a partnership with one of the biggest names in the sport.

To kick off the partnership a few of the LinksDAO founders Mike Dudas, Adam Besvinick, and Jim Daily met with Jeff Newton and Nick McInally from Callaway Golf to discuss the partnership and share their excitement for the project and the future of golf.

The transactions on OpenSea saw a previously weekly average go from five per day to one hunder and forty six purchases in the twenty four hours since the partnership was announced. (I literally checked at 9:55AM CST the next day.) People are putting their money where their mouth and and are diving head first into the future of golf.
