What is Xebra? Beginners Guide

Introduction

Xebra is a secure, capital-efficient Leverage Protocol built on the Movement Virtual Machine (MVM). This guide will help you get started with Xebra on the Movement Testnet.

Getting Started

Setup Your Wallet

  1. Install and Connect Your Wallet:

    • Supported wallets: Sui, Nightly, Razor.

  2. Change Network/Add Custom RPC:

    • Sui Wallet:

      • Go to Wallet Settings -> Network -> Custom RPC -> https://devnet.baku.movementlabs.xyz/

    • Nightly Wallet:

      • Change the network to ‘Movement Sui’

    • Razor Wallet:

      • Change the network to ‘Movement Sui Devnet’

Mint Testnet Tokens

  1. Movement Faucet:

    • Visit the Movement Faucet, input your Sui wallet address, and mint ‘MOVE’ testnet tokens.

  2. Xebra Faucet:

    • Visit the Xebra Faucet, connect your wallet, and mint Xebra testnet tokens.

Quests Introduction

With the Movement Labs Testnet live, Xebra’s Community Program features five unique guilds with distinct roles and tasks:

  1. Pathfinders 🧭:

    • Welcome new members, answer questions, and join Discord events.

  2. Explorers 🗻:

    • Engage other communities and be active on socials.

  3. Creators 🎨:

    • Create art, memes, stickers, and videos.

  4. Scholars 🎓:

    • Write articles & threads about the protocol and ecosystem tech, and teach members.

  5. Spartans ⚔️:

    • Complete on-chain tasks and activities, testing and promoting Xebra tech.

You can join multiple guilds without restrictions. Pathfinders, Explorers, Creators, and Scholars handle off-chain quests, while Spartans manage on-chain quests.
