ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence chatbot developed by OpenAI and capable of working in an interactive mode, supporting queries in natural languages. ChatGPT is a large language model, which was trained using the methods of teaching with a teacher and reinforcement learning. This chatbot is based on another language model from OpenAI - GPT—3.5 - an improved version of the GPT—3 model. On March 14, 2023, the GPT-4 language model was released, available to testers and paid ChatGPT Plus subscribers. In the new version, AI has the ability to process not only text, but also images.
ChatGPT was launched on November 30, 2022 and attracted attention for its extensive capabilities: writing code, creating texts, translation capabilities, obtaining accurate answers and using the context of the dialogue for answers, although its actual accuracy has been criticized.
In early February 2023, Reuters, with reference to the Swiss holding company UBS, reported that in 2 months the audience of active ChatGPT users reached 100 million people. By doing this, the application set a historical record for the growth of visitors.
