when i first heard this .. i ain't know what tf it meant fr .. " how could i even control something without owning it .. ?! " was the first thing that came to mind !

coming from where i come from .. all we were ever taught was w2 .. what's that .. ?! to work !

while that is the goal .. the " hustle " is what really needs to be promoted ! the principle of getting up .. goin' after something .. takin' care uh business .. and gettin' money from it should be promoted !

the difference .. ?! doin' it for yourself and nobody else !

it's funny how we will break our break for someone else .. but look down on doin' it for ourselves .. it amazes me everytime i think about it !

but that's where the llc ( or limited liability company ) comes into play !

i'm not real abreast with the other business structures .. but the llc is one uh the most sought after ones out there !

if you can do admin paperwork for your job ( for somebody else ) .. you can do the same thing for yourself !

in llc terms .. we call the boss uh " member .. " the person who owns shyt .. the member is the most important person in uh llc ..

uh member can .. invest AND run the day to day operations .. or do either or ! all this would be set out in the " operating agreement .. " which i would go over in more detail at uh later tyme ..

but for now .. you got the basics of what uh llc member is ..
