The Story The Random token was created by a 12 yo developer called Huang Zheng @therandomdao, who started to learn programming language since the age of 6.

The Tokenomics
37.8 trillion tokens were created, representing a distance of 4 light-years towards Centaur as he is a big fan of the Three-Body Problem and Interstellar.
By naming the token Random, 50% tokens to any RANDOM people for free claim “to make people’s life easier” although he was told by his father that there is no “free launch”. He want $RND to be the free lunch.
38% tokens for liquidity mining and
another 12% as appreciation to his parents who has taken care of him for the past 12 years.

It looks raw and simple, but he had actually encountered and solved many difficulties along the way.
In order to help people to learn programming, he made tutorial videos in both English and Mandarin to introduce solidity smart contract, from token creation, testing ,deploy, airdrop, and liquidity mining.
Why people are excited about Huang Zheng?
With his first video on Bilibili.com and Youtube in the end of January, people were astonished by his level of understanding on the Solidity language as a 12 yo boy, his story was captured and discussed by many crypto players on twitter and news report.
By the 10th of March when all the airdropped tokens were claimed, more people started to recall him.
A lot of people rushed to buy the random tokens in the next few days, which consequently pushed the price higher and higher, despite that he repeatedly reminds people that the token created does not have value and he didn’t not support any form of marketing and campaigns.
People also noticed that most of his videos on Bilibili was removed, speculatively because of custodial pressure as crypto is not encouraged in China.
What is Huang Zheng’s Dream? Elon or Vitalik?
Many people have made their proposal toward how to create use case for token, and how to encourage people to buy the token, how to do marketing, Huang does not seem to agree with those ideas.
Huang also seems does not agree with the idea of seeing web3 a meme, instead, he would prefer to explore the Centaur 4-light-year away. Quite similar to Elon’s enthusiasm toward the exploration of the Space.
