Today we proudly introduce the Scapes Archive.First of all, nothing is for sale.

It’s an Archive of our art and assets. Instead of a basement under our headquarters, we use the blockchain. Every archive piece is a 1-of-1 and fully on-chain.

There are two main reasons for this move: to preserve history and to make our assets more interoperable.

History Our Archive will be open to document provenance and for the world to visit as long as Ethereum exists.

Interoperability From now on, you can use Scapes art in NFT galleries like Deca, which allows you to paint with Scape elements. This mission aims to enable creativity and let our brand spread organically.

We open the Archive with three new collections:

Scape Elements A collection of all original Scape traits. Contract, OpenSea

Branches by ScapesA collection of our branches and nests from the builderContract, OpenSea

Speech by Scapes A collection of our classic GM and other Speech Bubbles.Contract, OpenSea

All three and any future Archive collections are based on the Archive contract.

This fits in with our plans to take all scapes completely on-chain in the near future and lays some groundwork for our continued development of Chapter III.
