Hello world, it’s really nice to meet you all – really appreciate you for taking the effort to come onto my Mirror!

My name is Keen Tat (or Keens for short), 24M, a final year BBA undergraduate at NUS Business School who also happens to be a huge sucker for early-stage VC and innovative/disruptive technologies in general.

So just a bit more about my background – in school, I am pursuing a double specialization in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management. Outside of school, I have dabbled in the early-stage VC space (from Pre-Seed to Series B) across deep tech, InsurTech (& SaaS in adjacent verticals), B2B FinTech working in a VC and CVC, and I’m happy to say that I haven’t looked back ever since. I’ll save why I am so passionate in specifically early-stage VC to another post, so do look out!

Honestly it feels a little weird coming out from the veils of my ENS / Twitter handle, especially with plans of airing out my thoughts and failures to the world, allowing it to be eternalized on Mirror, but I figured this would be a fun way for me to pen down some of my thoughts and reflections in my journey down the early-stage VC and Web3 rabbit hole – and hopefully be able to inspire more people to join me on this journey. But more importantly, I wanted to have a space to connect with others in the space and have useful discourse about related topics in these fields!

And of course: I am by no means an expert and just putting a disclaimer here that none of my posts constitute as financial advice. I am just here to learn, and I’m happy to take you on this journey with me here!
