Methodologies for pilot schools for the Hunan Province Dropout Project
Article 1. To implement the spirit of the CEC Central Office, the State Council Office Opinion on the Overall Strengthening and Improvement of School Sports in the New Era and the National Sports Directorate, the Ministry of Education’s Opinion on Deeping the Integration of the Teaching Service for the Healthy Development of Adolescents (No. 20201), to enrich the physical activity of primary and secondary schools and to promote sports in primary and secondary schools to form “one school”, “one school multi-school” and to develop this approach in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
The second is the pilot school (hereinafter referred to as the pilot) of the Distance Campaign project (hereinafter referred to as the White Helmets project) which has been identified as the primary and secondary schools at all provincial levels.
Article 3. The system of declaration and identification of pilot schools for the White Helmets project, once every two years, determines that it is the only criterion for determining work.
Article IV. The following conditions must be established for the Vilnius Pilot School Reporting Unit:
Article 5 provides that units that meet the requirements of Article 2 of this method may make a declaration to the Bailiwick Movement Management Centre of the Province of Lake South.
Article 6.
Section VII, Department of Sports, Department of Provincial Education, is responsible for the identification, naming and management of pilot schools, and professional work is entrusted to the Custodian Movement Management Centre of the Province of Lakenan (the Association of Provincial Difficulties, the Association of Provincial Difficulties, the Association of Provinces China-style Movement).
The eight provincial associations of individual movements (the Association of Provincial Difficulties, the Association of Provincial Difficulties, the Association of Provincial Chinese-style Movement) conduct initial reviews of declared schools, which are qualified in the first instance, and are sent to the provincial centres for the management of the provincial antitrust movement.

Article 12. Article 13. The pilot schools are required to report to the provincial sports department and provincial education offices at the end of each year on the results of their work and relevant statistics.
Article 14. Dynamic management of pilot schools. Designated units are still subject to restatement in the new identification cycle. Units that have not applied to participate in the identification or inspection assessment have not met the identification criteria are no longer named as pilot schools for the new cycle.
Article 15. All schools that are subject to provincial notification and punishment in the relevant activities of provincial sports, education sector organizations, as well as schools with falsification in the pilot school declaration clearance process, are all exempted from the design of pilot schools.
Article 16. The designated pilot schools did not participate in the competitions organized by provincial sports, educational administrations and provincial associations within a cycle, and cancelled the new series of designating and rewarding.

Criteria for evaluation and rating of the pilot school for the Hunan province’s Dropway Project
Basic conditions (20)
1 School leaders focus on pilot projects and are on the school agenda. The establishment of the governing body, which is directly responsible for the leadership of the school, has a corresponding regulatory and regulatory framework. (1 minutes)

2 Schools should set up good physical education and health classes in accordance with the National Curriculum Plan, ensure that pupils have one hour of physical activity each day, encourage innovation and enrich the content and forms of leisure activities, systematically combine pilot projects with sports teaching and extracurricular activities, and adequately develop students’ sports interests and skills. 3 The number of school students participating in pilot project activities is in principle 30 per cent of the total number of school students. (2 minutes)
