• A weekly new addition to seizerdao through a token auction in which all funds go to the treasury and are used for DAO initiatives or acquisitions. 

• These auctions will initially be for a period of 1 year, beyond which, the DAO can vote on continuity or explore other models.

• Governance on all major DAO decisions to be done through snapshot.org.

• 4 of 7 multi-sig on safe.io

• 7 validators to be voted on by all Founder maxis before being added to the multi-sig.

• Contributors will receive DAO tokens in exchange for their contributions

• Every 4th token from the weekly auction for the first 1 year goes to a separate contributor multisig to be vested and shared among the founding contributors of the project

• If the weekly auctions are extended for a further period, then the tokens will continue to go to a contributors multi-sig in the same ratio.
