【孵化愿景】 IM Launchpad由ImmerseDAO发起，帮助下一批改变web3行业格局的华人创业者成长。我们将坚定地站在1%最疯狂的华人builder，developer，creator的背后，和你共同经历风雨，跨过山海，走向新的互联网时代。
【项目介绍】 IM Launchpad是一个为期8周的web 3.0 创业加速计划，包含Web3 Startup School、Founders Bubble Tea、Crypto Demo Day三个模块组成，分别帮助创业者学习web3方向创业路径与商业模式，与头部华人Web3创业者对话，以及向头部Web3基金路演。在三个模块之外，IM Launch Pad也会为创业者提供包括团队搭建、顾问配对、项目对接等服务，且所有的创业者可以在结束加速计划后持续通过校友关系网络享受到社群带来的资源与帮助。
IM Launchpad第一期于2022年5月23号正式开始报名，于6月6号截止，并于6月13号正式开营。项目全程线上进行，因此欢迎来自世界各地的创业者报名申请。项目孵化并不收取任何费用、股份以及币权，但是要求获得所孵化项目投资的权利（可以按照其他投资人同等估值参与后续投资）。
【招募人员】
Program Manager
what you will be working on: oversees the program's daily operations; work with participants to improve attendance & engagement; coordinate among lecturers/guest speakers/volunteers
who you are: hustler - 不折腾会死星人; detailed-oriented; commit 1-2 hours on a daily basis
Curriculum Designer
what you will be working on: design the course content for web3 startup school; work with lecturers to provide training & workshop for participating projects
who you are: content-creator; quick-learner; commit 20 hours each week in Late May & Early June
Lecturer
what you will be working on: create course content and deliver lecture to participating projects in 1 or more crypto subject (community/marketing/tech etc.)
who you are: subject expert in one area of crypto; commit 10-20 hours in total
Founder Guest Speaker
what you will be working on: grab bubble tea/lunch virtually with participating projects and share your web3 journey
who you are: experienced web3 founders commit 2-3 hours in total
