Sui and most crypto-technology are still in their infancy, with many people finding it difficult to use due to its unnatural aspects. One of the most difficult aspects to communicate is wallet addresses. While Ethereum has the Ethereum Name Service ($ENS), Sui does not have an equivalent. The goal of the $SNS project is to disrupt the name-service ecosystem by creating a new “.sui” name service focused on gaming, profiles, and community. The project has three primary goals: to build up the $SNS community, release the name service and resolver extension, and raise enough funds to continue development. The project team recognizes that this is the most challenging part of the project, but it’s also the most rewarding.
