What is LT3 Showcase?

Current form, This is my friends' and my first attempt at planting a seed in this space.

It's a Twitter page that’ll act as an artist showcase—a Web3 museum that we’ll use to post regular updates with works by artists from all over.

Our intentions are for this to become a hub that everyone in this space of interest keeps up with, which in turn becomes a base we can build on top of.

This idea has been in planning for a while; we waited until things felt right to introduce it. This week provided us with that feeling, so here we are-

Trying something new.

We want to provide something that people in web3 can use.

Lately, it feels like more and more people are getting discouraged, overly emotional, or questioning why they're here in the first place. While we can't fix this, I think introducing something that intends to strengthen one of the initial roots this space is built on sounds like a net positive.

Once this is up and running we hope most people can appreciate & benefit from it in some way. Whatever size the flame turns out to be, it'll still be a flame. That’s the idea.

We want to start while things are bad, give people an extra reason to keep showing up, and have a positive impact on whoever may come across us.

Why start building something now?

This market currently is where all the learning and growing as a person happens, where all the meeting truly like-minded people happens, and where true progress is made, not just person by person but for the entire industry.

Why wouldn't we want to launch something now?

Let me put it like this: this expedition is our attempt at building a community around an idea. If you’re here currently, you’re either about to leave or you really believe in this stuff, beyond just making a few bucks. That’s special. I think the majority of people still left are incredibly valuable humans & ALL people I’d like to get to know to some capacity.

What comes next

In the beginning, it's tough because it feels like a one-way street. Why contribute for no personal gain? To allow a small page to showcase your work for nothing in return?

We imagine it'll quickly become easier as the page grows, but in the beginning, we have to provide incentive, because just getting posted by the page isn't doing that quite yet.

We're gonna use all the tricks we have up our sleeves to try and build traction and awareness, as well as do our best to align incentives for early supporters who decide to give this idea a shot. It won't be anything crazy, but it'll be thoughtful and unique. We'll also keep these people, who supported us when they didn't have much of a reason to, in mind with things we do going forward.

We have tons more ideas for this brand that we'll reveal over time, but for now, this page is our sheer focus.

If you read this all the way through - thank you for taking interest! I hope to see you on twitter or in our discord.
