NFT is a digital asset that represents collectible objects like art, music, in-game items and videos. NFTs are non-fungible what means that they are unique and can’t be replaced with something else. They are generally part of the blockchain and provide their owner with full digital ownership.

Often people mistakenly think that something can be considered NFT solely based on its rarity and scarcity level, but it is not always the case. Rarity and scarcity alone aren’t enough to make something value-add and attain the status of a “precious” collectible item.

We suggest that the most essential thing in NFTs is their uniqueness, the value they carry and the demand they create currently and as well as in the future. By future, we mean that the demand will not come to naught in some months, but it will last at least for several years.

If you think about it carefully, the recent decrease in the prices of NFT tokens and the NFT market, in general, could be a good shift for blockchain projects in the long-term as it allow them to develop in a more stable and mature environment, where there is no place for newbies which unknowingly create a “bubble” due to a lack of understanding of the deep structure of the market.

The NFT gaming industry is in its infancy and there are many things that need to be improved for this market to find a stable footing.

We believe that NFTs are valuable long-term assets. We also want to emphasize that we do believe in the future of NFT’s and other digital assets. Many projects do the right thing by educating their subscribers the nuances of the market, because the more educated the people are the less chances they are making unreasonable mistakes by solely following the hype.

The hype for the project is good and usually gives to people a perception that it would be easier and faster for them to earn from the game. But what is really important is that project / game should have a good foundation and philosophy behind it.

Don’t let yourself to value the projects only by looking at the hype rate. Often it creates only an artificial demand that do not show the sustainability and long-term commitment to the project.
