Airdrop Guide - Sonic (ICP)

Sonic is the first DEX on ICP. We covered its testnet back in August when it was still called DFinance.

Sonic went live on ICP mainnet recently but still hasn’t launched its token $SONIC. It is now allocating 75% of $SONIC for the community. There may be a retroactive token allocation to users who add liquidity early, is a active member or help to develop their code. For details, read here.

Let’s try to add liquidity to Sonic for a potential retroactive airdrop.

Getting Stared

If you don’t have a ICP wallet, install the Plug wallet chrome extension. You will need to deposit some $ICP from a CEX like Binance.

In your Plug wallet, click on “Deposit”. Choose your asset to be deposited as $ICP. Copy the address for receiving from exchanges. Now you can withdraw to this address from CEX.
