One of the most anticipated tokens in the cryptoverse is finally launching.

The crypto community has been pressing Arbitrum to launch a token, with the calls for a launch heating up substantially after Optimism was launched.

Optimism’s OP token launched in May of 2022, nearly a year ago.

In today’s post we’ll go over everything you need to know about the airdrop as well as opportunities to play the ecosystem even if you were not eligible for the airdrop.

First let’s quickly get our house in order.

Eligibility was determined based on completing certain actions in the Arbitrum ecosystem. Allocations were made according to a points system.

26.9% to the team and their advisors

17.5% to early investors

11.6% to airdrop eligible wallets

1.13% to DAOs in the Arbitrium ecosystem
