As mentioned before, the universe of Spare Souls is divided into 6 different clans, each with its own intrinsic characteristics and differences. Below you’ll find a description of the main characteristics of each clan.

The pure are souls considered to be untouched by evil or sin and are often associated with innocence and righteousness. They are in a desirable state, as it is believed that pure souls will experience a higher level of spiritual enlightenment or ultimate salvation. They are born with the highest level of purity.

The damned souls are considered to be eternally condemned to suffer in a realm of punishment, such as Hell, as a result of committing grave mistakes or leading a wicked life. Nonetheless, other souls can benefit from learning from their mistakes, and that could lead damned souls to redemption.

The redeemed are souls that have been saved or delivered from sin or wrongdoing. Their redemption can happen through acts of penance, forgiveness, or by the grace of divine power. Redemption can be achieved through good deeds, meditation, prayer, or other spiritual practices. These souls have been given a second chance and have undergone a transformative change, becoming purer and closer to a state of enlightenment.

The Lost souls wander aimlessly without direction or purpose, found redemption or enlightenment, or has strayed from the path of righteousness. They definitely need other souls to help them back on the right track.  Usually, while Lost Souls wander they also gain wisdom.

The divine souls are considered to be in a state of closeness or union with a higher power or deity. It is often associated with spiritual enlightenment, wisdom, and understanding. Divine souls are scarce, as they are considered to be at the ultimate level of development, and those who possess a divine soul are often seen as role models or guides for others.

Earthly souls are bound to the physical world and are focused on the material experiences of life. It is often associated with sensual pleasure, material wealth, and physical desires. Earthly souls are often considered to be in need of redemption, so they can transcend the material world and reach a higher state of spiritual understanding.
