Stream Tide is part of a larger set of emerging financial primitives that we see as the bedrock of our future economy. Our mission is to usher in our vision of a creative economy based on modular and extensible open source frameworks. The main goal is to give creators a lower barrier to entry into the crypto-economy, bypassing the often onerous requirements of centralized platforms. We believe that people who earn crypto instead of buying it have a better relationship with the technology.
The goal is to create the anti-platform by putting creators first. In essence we want to “Transform a small stream of support into a powerful tide of financial empowerment”.
Using Web3 and open source standards, we magnify each contribution with grant matching from our grant pool in a completely transparent and open way that lets the community decide where the funding goes.
