Supermigrate has been on quite the Journey in only a few short months. We’ve launched new features, partnered with top protocols, and graduated from the first ever Mode Yield Accelerator.

The Mode Yield Accelerator Program's SuperDay was an incredible success! Our founder, Njoku Emmanuel, presented our hard work, and teased LaunchBox in front of over 7.5k+ live listeners, including angel investors, early-stage VCs, protocol representatives, and community members tuning in. Participating in the Accelerator was an invaluable experience, filled with growth, learning, and strategic evolution. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity.

Our experience working with people like CryptoFede & Deez has been invaluable. We are immensely grateful to have worked closely the whole team including, Amber, DKing, and of course James. Their support during The Great Migration and feedback given throughout our time in the accelerator were instrumental in how we strategized and evolved internally at Supermigrate. Their insights helped us refine our approach and align our goals with the broader ecosystem.

2. The Token is The Product

Mark from Boost VC once wrote, "The Token is The Product," and this philosophy truly resonates with us. At Supermigrate, we see ourselves as not just facilitating migration but also supporting token projects throughout the ecosystem. We are committed to ensuring that tokens are not just migrated but are also nurtured and supported to thrive within a community. This is why we need continued effort towards making interwoven tools that make the experience seamless.

3. Launch, Relaunch, and Pivot as Needed

The opportunity to receive live feedback and thoroughly think through our business model was a game-changer. We would send one-pagers, and iterate on the spot. We’ve learned the importance of being adaptable and open to change. On the horizon, we will be launching liquidity pools on our platform, ensuring an all-in-one DeFi experience. This flexibility allows us to stay relevant and continuously provide value to all.

4. Don’t Rush Your Token

While we’ve discussed the idea of launching a token, we recognize that it’s not quite the right time. Instead, we will be introducing points to incentivize our community to utilize our tools and solutions for DeFi. Our focus remains on creating robust tools that support the great migration to Layer 2 solutions, rather than rushing into a token launch. The value lies in the quality and utility of our offerings.

5. Partnerships are Key

Maintaining strong partnerships is crucial. Keeping in touch with partners, giving them updates, and sharing wins ensures they know how to support you and what you need. This continuous engagement fosters a collaborative space where everyone can contribute to mutual success.

As we move forward, we are more excited than ever about what lies ahead. We will continue to build on the foundation laid during our time at Mode's Yield Accelerator, supporting the ecosystem with DeFi on the Superchain.
