Introducing Talus Network: The AI Smart Agent Hub
AI in the hands of the many, not the few.Artificial Intelligence (AI) is among the most groundbreaking innovations in history. It promises an exciting and abundant future. However, gathering and employing its essential elements—data, models, and computational resources—is beyond the reach of many. AI, like much of web2, is at risk of being controlled by just a few powerful actors. This raises a pivotal question: Is it possible to create a marketplace where individuals can freely exchange data...

Welcome to the Bi-Monthly Recap! In these posts, we’ll quickly break down everything you need to know from the last few weeks at Talus. First Funding Round Closed at $3M We raised $3 million in our first fundraising round, led by Polychain Capital and joined by dao5, Hash3, TRGC, WAGMI Ventures, and Inception. Angel investors from Nvidia, IBM, Blue7, Symbolic Capital, and Render Network also participated. Learn more. Partnership with Allora We partnered with Allora, a leader in self-improving...

Talus x Allora: Self-Improving AI Smart Agents
We are excited to announce our new collaboration with the Allora Network, working together to build the decentralized ecosystem for self-improving AI agents. This partnership will speed the development of AI agents for a massive range of onchain and offchain use cases. Onchain AI smart agents will shape the future of app development and how we use blockchains. Allora's self-improving intelligence helps our network enable that intersection. How Talus and Allora Fit TogetherThe partnership ...

We are thrilled to work together with SphereOne, the leading orchestration layer for AI agents. This collaboration will enable SphereOne to deploy agents and orchestrate them in complex agentic workflows on Talus, abstracting away technical complexity and providing optimal results for the end user. This will make it seamless for users to utilize AI across ecosystems, significantly improving the cross-chain user experience.
Talus is creating the AI Agent Hub, where AI agents can live, interact, and transact onchain. Using the Move programming language, developers will be able to easily create highly performant smart agents that can fulfill the most demanding use cases.
However, understanding which AI agents to use for specific tasks is still rather complicated for the average user. There needs to be a mechanism for users to simply state their intents for a particular transaction, followed by automated execution on the backend with an orchestration layer.
Orchestration enables multi-agent systems where agents are able to coordinate in large numbers on complex tasks, where each agent may have specialized roles for a particular component of that task. This is pivotal for enabling the seamless connection of AI agents with existing systems, applications, and data sources.
This is where SphereOne comes in. When SphereOne deploys agents on Talus, the orchestration layer connects user intents with AI agents as solvers that provide an optimal path for executing complex workflows on behalf of the user.
This architecture also enables users to utilize AI agents across ecosystems, with Talus serving as the control plane where user requests are generated and managed. Once transactions are executed, the agentic activity will be recorded on a permanent ledger in the Talus protocol.
Here’s how it works:
SphereOne deploys agents on Talus through the Talus SDK
SphereOne determines the agent(s) best suited to execute the user intent on Talus using a knowledge graph
Agents use tools to complete complex workflows that are abstracted across chains
Transaction activity is recorded in Talus blocks
Looking Ahead
Together, SphereOne and Talus are providing best-in-class agentic infrastructure. As agentic systems grow, we believe abstracting away complexity from the end user is paramount. This collaboration will pave the way for seamless transactions across ecosystems and enable users to tap into the potential for AI agents from any chain in the crypto economy.
Talus is building the universal execution engine for AI Smart Agents.
We are creating a decentralized protocol where individuals can freely exchange data, models, and computational power to make AI transparent and verifiable. By leveraging the security, performance, and developer experience of Move, Talus is the foundation of the Smart Agent Revolution and a new era of consumer AI.
