The problem

People live with other people.People learn from other people.

Because only another person can be attentive, sincere and supportive. And everyone deserves it. But where do we find so many people to help other people learn? How do you prepare them and guarantee quality learning?

The opportunity

E-Learning Market size surpassed USD 315 billion in 2021 and is projected to observe 20% CAGR from 2022 to 2028.(Global Market Insides Apr 2022)

The Idea

Our project solves the problem of accessibility of quality personalized learning by combining elements of peer-to-peer learning with the tools of mass learning and delivery of content and learning plans. MOOCs + Learning Communities linked together.

The Solution

On the one hand, we prepare teaching materials and curricula from the best experts and teachers, creating different versions adapted to different cultural and professional segments. Adapted teaching materials are expanded by local communities and Influencers who know their audiences well and can take their specifics into account. The Author Exchange highlights which topics and for which audiences are most in demand - allowing authors to focus on what's needed most right now. Authors can build on and improve on curricula prepared for these areas. In addition, they can solicit and receive grants to create their own versions of content and curricula.

On the other hand, we create an environment in which learners can help and teach each other from these materials and be rewarded for doing so. At each learning step, learners are placed in small groups of their peers who are studying the same topic. And in each such group there is a mentor who has already mastered the material well while still remembering how he learned it himself. Every action in the digital community builds a reputation, which allows you to earn, receive additional services and move to the next grade in the community.

The Technology

We use Telegram as a content delivery and communication medium, TON as a blockchain based reputation management, copyright management and crowdinvesting of content development. We use a ContentFactory to track & manage the work of distributed teams and automate content quality control at every stage of interaction.

We use deep profiling and AI recommendation algorithms to match courses and peers to educational teams - allowing us to consider the characteristics, previous backgrounds, and learning styles of different people. Allowing them to learn together and teach each other.

The Team

The project team has extensive experience in creating digital mass learning environments and content for the Coursera platform on the one hand, and experience creating DeFI tools on the other - giving us unique opportunities to take the next step towards the future of learning.
