As Phase 1 comes to a close, we're thrilled to announce the beginning of a new chapter! The Tasty Bones community collected almost 45,000 food offerings to date, feeding the souls and bringing balance to the Land of the Dead. But the journey is far from over.
In Phase 2, Tasty Bones holders will have the chance to go on new journeys with brand new gear, explore new realms, and continue to collect food offerings in the Tasty Land - with a few twists! With even more exciting mechanics and surprises in store, we can't wait to see what kinds of mischief you get up to. So gear up, Tasty Bones - the adventure continues!
In Phase 2, Tasty Bones holders will have access to new features and exciting updates. Here's an overview of what's in store for the community:
$TBONE Rewards - For those who participated in Phase 1, Tasty Bone holders will be able to claim $TBONE as a reward. These tokens will serve as a utility token that holders can use to claim rewards and update their NFT in the Tasty Armory. Planned Release Time: Friday, March 24 at 11:00 PM GMT+8
Haunted Heist - The Hungry Ghosts and Demons now have their own exclusive portal to create chaos and steal food traits and $TBONE directly from other holders. Just like in a slot machine, they can roll and select which Tasty Bone to steal from. The food trait will appear as stolen for the original Tasty Bone holder and reflect in the food collection history. Planned Release Time: Tuesday, March 28 at 11:00 PM GMT+8
Tasty Armory - Same Dynamic NFT mechanism with more swag! We have added additional abilities to modify and upgrade properties to your Tasty Bones! Upgrade your Tasty Bones with new helmets and body gear, and utilize your $TBONE to enhance their traits. Gear up because it’s about to get crazy! Planned Release Time: Thursday, March 30 at 11:00 PM GMT+8
Food Portal Buffet - Enjoy the new 'cooldown' system that allows holders to collect food at their convenience. Tasty Bones with higher tiers can collect more frequently but with cooldowns in between. Planned Release Time: Wednesday, March 29 at 11:00 PM GMT+8
3D Voxel Bones - As a Tasty Bone holder, you'll have the exclusive opportunity to claim a 3D voxel version of your Tasty Bones for FREE. This exciting feature will be released alongside a SandBox game that takes you on a brand new quest to collect food offerings for the souls in the Land of the Dead. Planned Release Time: TBA. We are patiently waiting for The SandBox to review the mechanics and publish the game.
Tasty Bones holders who participated in Phase 1 food collection will have the opportunity to claim $TBONE tokens as rewards. The snapshot was taken on December 14, 2022, so please note that any food traits collected after that date were not included in the Phase 1 distribution.
The rewards calculation will be determined by a formula that takes the following into account:
Rarity of the Tasty Bone that collected the food
Rarity of the food collected
Popularity of the food collected
Total number of food collected
To ensure that our reward system is fair and inclusive, we've applied a distribution factor that evenly distributes tokens among eligible holders.

In Phase 2, Tasty Bone holders will continue to have the opportunity to earn $TBONE rewards. Note that the rewards distribution for Phase 2 is shown in the table above and will be carried out over the course of the next 3 years.

Get ready for some spooky action in the Haunted Heist! The Hungry Ghosts and Demons now have their own exclusive portal where they can cause chaos and snatch food traits (and potentially $TBONE) from other Tasty Bone holders. It's like playing a slot machine, but instead of winning, they're stealing from others.
When a ghost/demon successfully steals a food trait from a Tasty Bone holder, the stolen food trait will appear on the ghost/demon's activity tab as well as the original Tasty Bone holder's inventory (colored red).

Introducing the Food Portal Buffet with a new cooldown system that allows Tasty Bone holders to collect food offerings at their own pace.
Higher tier Tasty Bones can collect more frequently than lower tiers, but there will be a cooldown period in between each collection per week.
Speedy Bones are the fastest and can collect food offerings more often than Meaty Bones or Funny Bones. With this new feature, you can maximize your chances of collecting rare and valuable food traits for your Tasty Bones.
