Yielding from Property When you own a part or a whole building you can take profit from a billboard or a store. How does this work? Each apartment building has a link to a billboard and/or a store. The more surface you own, the more share you will have in a billboard or store. You can YIELD up to 30%!
Advantage NFT holders compared to NON-NFT holders Those who own at least a Pineapples NFT will have a majority share that is linked to a billboard or store. There will also be differences in the majority factor between the Pineapples NFT versions. Someone without an NFT can buy a surface in The Avilion, but will not have a majority factor over an NFT owner.
