We’re excited to announce the launch of Cyber, a Social Layer 2 with restaking, and introduce the CYBER Season 2 Rewards. The launch of Cyber L2 introduces CYBER Staking, a transformative feature that enables users to stake CYBER tokens, thereby securing the network by adding additional nodes to process transactions, earning voting rights in CyberDAO and receiving economic rewards.

We invite our dedicated community members and CYBER holders to participate in the CYBER Season 2 campaign by staking their CYBER. Early participants can earn up to 1M CYBER available as rewards.

Stake your CYBER to accumulate points. The campaign starts on March 8th and continues until the launch of the Cyber mainnet. You’ll not be able to unstake before the Cyber mainnet. You’ll be able to unstake your CYBER shortly after the Cyber mainnet goes live. The launch of the Cyber mainnet is planned to coincide with the EigenLayer mainnet, targeted for the second quarter of 2024.

Invite your friends to get 15% of the staking points from those you directly invite and 5% from second-degree invitees (those invited by the people you invited). Your referral code can be used multiple times.

You can unlock different levels of boosters to receive a boost on your total points.

• Check-in Booster: Check in daily to earn a booster on your total points. Checking in for 90 consecutive days earns you a 9% boost on your rewards.

• Season 1 FanClub Booster: This booster is designed for our community members who have unused Season 1 FanPoints. If you have ≥2000 and <5000 unused FanPoints, you’ll receive a 1.5% boost. If you’re holding over ≥5000 unused FanPoints, you’ll receive a 3% boost on your total points.

• Community Booster: Engage with our community by participating in quests and activities. These events unlock additional booster levels. Join our Discord to stay updated on upcoming community quests.

A total pool of 1M CYBER community rewards is available to reward our dedicated community members for their engagement and support. The total 1M reward pool gradually unlocks as the amount of CYBER staked reaches each milestone.

Season 1 was an unforgettable journey with remarkable campaigns. Participants can now convert points from the CyberTrek, Pre-Season 2 CyberWallet Beta Launch, and The SuperNova campaigns into CYBER rewards. Users with unused Season 1 FanPoints can also convert them into Season 2 points.

• CyberTrek participants can exchange CyberPoints for CYBER on a 1:1 basis.

• Pre-Season 2 CyberWallet Beta Launch participants can exchange points for CYBER at a ratio of 1000:0.8.

• 1000 randomly selected participants who minted the SuperNova NFT will receive 1 CYBER each.

• Users with unused Season 1 FanPoints can convert these into Season 2 points at a ratio of 2:1.

CYBER stakers along with CYBER holders can propose and vote on governance proposals on the use of community treasury, protocol upgrades, and council members.

Sequencers are at the core of a Layer 2 network, a centralized sequencer could have a negative impact, such as censoring user transactions, creating a single point of failure, and creating harmful MEVs. Cyber L2 utilizes EigenLayer’s Actively Validated Services (AVS) to build up the fundamental decentralized infrastructures such as sequencer, verifier, and CyberDB. Staked CYBER and restaked ETH are utilized as delegations to different AVS operators running these infrastructures, and a slashing mechanism is implemented to ensure operational integrity, optimize performance and maximize network security.

CYBER stakers can expect four types of rewards:

1. CYBER Season 2 Rewards: To enhance network security and reward early loyal members of the Cyber community, 1,000,000 CYBER will be allocated to those who stake CYBER during the Season 2 Campaign.

2. Ecosystem Airdrop: As the Cyber ecosystem continues to thrive and expand, CYBER stakers enjoy the potential benefits of receiving airdrops from the ecosystem.*

3. Network Revenue Sharing: The staked CYBER are delegated to Actively Validated Services (AVS) operators through EigenLayer. In return, CYBER stakers will share the revenue from these services.

4. CYBER Staking Incentives: To ensure ample rewards for CYBER stakers initially and long-term sustainability, a Staking Incentive of 5.5M CYBER has been specifically designed.
