uyuni

It's believed that about 40,000 years ago, this was a huge lake, and when the lake dried up, it created a crescent-shaped salt flat known today as Salar de Uyuni.

Walking through the salt marsh, immersed in the pure white world, will be completely blown away by the breathtaking beauty. Each lake is a different color and structure, brick-red, green, turquoise, or silver-gray depending on the minerals in the salt. It was salt, not ice, that sparkled before my eyes. In the endless white world, people feel the purity and beauty of Xanadu.
