Toads Society is a community hub dedicated to creativity and innovation.The community brings together lovers of technology and art, who share a collaborative and cross-sector approach, combining Web3, art, gaming, AI and DeFi.

Membership is represented by two main NFT collections:

• The Birth Lottery – 666 pieces – represents the Inner Circle of the community.

• The Toads PFP – 6,666 pieces – is the last membership collection of Toads Society.

Who is Toad the Great?

Artist, builder, and “spiritual leader” of the community, author of original works including the comic The Legend of Toad the Great, which tells his story in toadthegreat.eth.limo (soon).

The test-to-earn model rewards members who participate in beta testing activities for products and services developed or brought in collaboration with Toads Society.

• The applications tested will have their own associated ERC-20 token, which will be part of the rewards.

The economic revenues of Toads Society derive from:

• Royalties from the Membership NFT collections (The Birth Lottery and The Toads PFP).

• Royalties generated by the Toads Studio stream (artistic collections and original works).

• Token Treasury of the products coming out of the Toad Lab.

A portion of the royalties and the treasury will be deposited inside the Toads Vault, and will be used for the project with peer review. The technical methods and percentages for the governance will be discussed and defined after the release of The Toads PFP, with updates in this document.
