Job Description As a Branding Management Trainee, you will play an essential role in supporting the development and execution of the brand strategy for ZA Bank and its subsidiaries under ZA International. This position offers a comprehensive learning experience in brand management, with a particular emphasis on leveraging cutting-edge design technologies, such as AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Graphic Creation), to enhance brand visuals and create captivating designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and help drive the organization's marketing and communication efforts. Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across various touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and communication channels. Collaborate with the Branding team to explore and utilize cutting-edge design technologies, such as AIGC, to enhance brand visuals and create visually compelling designs. Support the development of brand communication materials, including presentations, marketing collaterals, and corporate publications, incorporating innovative design elements generated through AIGC. Assist in organizing and coordinating brand-related events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities, incorporating AIGC-generated visuals where appropriate. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, consumer feedback, and market trends to provide insights for brand enhancement strategies, including the use of AIGC in design innovation. Contribute to social media management efforts by assisting in content creation, scheduling, and monitoring brand mentions and engagement, leveraging AIGC-generated visuals to enhance brand presence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure the timely delivery of brand projects and campaigns, incorporating AIGC-generated visuals and designs where applicable. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing, including the latest advancements in design technologies like AIGC, and share relevant insights with the team. Undertake training and professional development opportunities to enhance branding knowledge and skills, including deepening understanding and proficiency in AIGC and other design technologies.

Skills & Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in AIGC design software, for example Midjourney/Canva or other AI video generator. Basic understanding of branding principles and marketing concepts. Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and design innovation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market research findings. Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Prior internship or relevant work experience in branding, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
