Russia and Ukraine are having wars again.

I wonder when humans can evolve to the next level.

It’s called “Emergence”. That’s when a group of birds can fly around as a unit; when ants have a society; when bees have a society; when many cells can combine as a living organism. I wonder what would happen to humans? What is stopping humans to get “emergence”?

You might have noticed, even blockchain and DAOs are decentralized but humans are not. Not only we have language as barrier but we have physical boundaries.

DAO seems a perfect tool to break the boundaries.

This could be a city. Or you can call it a culture center.

You can also consider this as an experiment that humans trying to build a Utopia society. It might guide humans to the “emergence”. But I wonder what can society intelligence lead to. Is that true that a person is smart and people are dumb?

Not only we should respect the nature we have, but also the nature we haven’t discovered in the far space. That means we shouldn’t deny any friendly alien culture to join our system. For any enemy alien culture, we shouldn’t deny using war and politics.

I think it’s not bad to call it the “Universal Biological Interaction System” - UBIS.

This should be a system that meets humans’ need to live their lives and develop science and cultures. We should also expect this system could be colonized on another planet as a model unit in the future.

A perfect system surely doesn’t exist, but we can try to make it better.

Our early goal is buying or building a facility that’s important for UBIS’s development decided by early vote. Then we try to manage it through DAO. After we collect enough properties and knowledge, we can build the first UBIS center in real life. And citizens will vote to decide what facilities and factors are needed in UBIS.

Here we are no longer only earth citizens, we are galaxy citizens.
