As we are now entering Q2 of 2022, and rapidly moving forward with development, we would like to share more of those details with the community and recap on the milestones achieved thus far.
As promised, Uptick Network has successfully completed the following major milestones:
This completes the multiple terminal strategy for the production version of the Uptick Marketplace. Supporting IRISnet on the Web version, and IRISnet/Ethereum/Polygon/BSC on the the Mobile app version.
Including but not limited to: New sales models (Auction, Discount, Exclusive). Increased marketing activities (Photography NFT contest, Uptick Zodiac Airdrop, Creator Spotlight Series, Decentraland Meta-Wedding). More web features added from the Mobile version (Lottery, Points Center, Verified Creator Display).
Based on COSMOS-SDK with EVM module support. Uptick Chain will focus on the NFT infrastructure for a broader level of NFT related ecosystem development. New website with further details can be found here.
This test version is fully EVM compatible with production-level quality.
The Uptick Chain Testnet was launched on March 18th. We received active responses and a lot of positive feedback from the community. Here are some typical statistics from the past three weeks:

The purpose of this test version of the marketplace is to test the functionality and stability of the Testnet through wallet and NFT operations. In total, it has been in test mode for three weeks.

The team is actively fixing bugs, fine-tuning and enhancing features for the test marketplace. Here are some of the bug fixes and feature-adds already completed:

The mobile version (Engineering code name: Uptopia App) is ready to be tested.

If you already have an existing Uptopia account for the Web version, you can export the private key from Metamask and import into the mobile app version of Uptopia. Giving you the ability to synchronize both Web and Mobile marketplaces under the same account.
Please note, the ‘Import private key’ function of Uptopia (Mobile) is awaiting Google play and Apple Testflight’s review and approval. If you don’t see the ‘Import private key’ option, please wait for a couple of days.

The incentive points can be found in ‘Points Center’, which will be claimable as $UPTICK tokens once a certain number has been met.
The production-level NFT marketplace is running on IRISnet. It’s an essential part of the overall Uptick Network. In the Uptick Network 101 article, we described the strategy of Uptick Network and the Uptick Marketplaces. The current Uptick Marketplace has accumulated over 120k NFTs with quality, and will grow rapidly in both IRISnet and IBC networks.
We encourage users to participate and earn $UPTICK incentives in the marketplace. All qualified users will be included in the upcoming $UPTICK airdrop.

There will be more measurements for the future airdrop qualification and quantities, such as, but not limited to the age of the account, no copyright policy violations, etc.
