2. Wait for our team to review it and send you a confirmed email, normally it takes 1-3 business days.

You could officially use Vitae once you receive our confirming email/message.

1. Head to our website and connect your MetaMask wallet on the laptop browser.

2. Click on the “Create Org” button.

3. Fill out the required information, beside regular settings like org name, profile, and banner image, you should also notice:

   • The URL you customized is your unique domain name;

   • Bind the org social media like Twitter, Discord, and Website if applicable;

   • Enter other admin’s wallet addresses to enable your teammate to send Vitae, change settings, and review Vitae's history;

4. Congrats! Once you finish, your org space will be generated for you.

I’m sure you already got great ideas for using Vitae, but thinking twice before you officially send it out to members will be a good idea for org that aims at externalizing their value to the best since you can’t withdraw the non-transferable token for members after your issue.

1. Click on the “Create” button on your org profile;

2. Choose Identity or Experience catalog:

   1. Identity Vitae is for honored members: eg. Ambassador, Product Manager, Leader, etc;

   2. Experience Vitae is for members who participated or contributed: eg. some activities, campaigns, programs, and affairs, etc;

3. Choose an emoji for this Vitae to let members know what’s this for vividly at the first glance;

4. Give a clear and accurate name, and try to precise and detail the description

5. Change the Vitae color if you like;

6. Preview your Vitae information and confirm to finish creating.

You can change your Vitae if you find something fill out wrong or need to be changed, but also notice:

• The modification will also apply to existing Vitae claimers

• You won’t be able to modify the Vitae if it has over 10 claimers

Please notice you don’t need to send it out to all members at one time, Vitae always allows you to send the same Vitae to different groups of members multiple times.

1. Click on the “Send” button

2. Choose from previous Vitae you created, or you can also create one in this sending process

3. Enter the allowlist addresses of the eligible members

4. Click on “Next” to review the Vitae information and confirm if it’s correct

5. Inform your members to claim their Vitae on their personal page

You could always check your Vitae claiming process, who claimed, decline, or didn’t claim yet.

1. Click on the “History” button

2. Set up the filter if you want to check the certain name/ status/ time/ sender

3. Check and get their profile address
