Welcome to Composer Notes, we had an eventful January and saw daily growth throughout the month. We want to again thank you, our community, for contributing to our successful procurement of the Composable Parachain. Our Parachain is now positioned well in the Polkadot ecosystem and houses our XCVM and Routing layer to drive forward our vision of a cross-chain future. Composable is proud of all of our ecosystem partners and portfolio companies and their achievements, such as the successful launch of Bribe. We look forward to the upcoming month as we are preparing to launch Phase 2 with all of the additional systems that are related to our Phase 2 plans. Keep an eye out for all things Composable in February as we are preparing many things for Phase 2 such as updates and new phases of Mosaic, Picasso, and all of the other amazing protocols we support within our ecosystem.

Audience Overview

Composable’s vision towards shaping the future of DeFi into one that is rooted in cross-chain interoperability. To achieve its goal, Composable has joined the elite class of Polkadot parachain custodians, having won the 8th parachain slot in the 7th Polkadot auctions with over nine thousand crowdloan participants contributing 6,075,485 DOT valued at over $163 million.

To achieve its goal of creating blockchain agnostic solutions, Composable Finance is releasing Phase 2 of Mosaic, introducing three new paradigm modules that were developed to enable scalable liquidity, supercharging cross-chain transactions, asset transfers, and communication.

Migrating Composable Vault Strategies to Mosaic Phase 2

Composable vault strategies are created to give users yield exposure while supporting our goals of acquiring parachains on Kusama and Polkadot. The vault strategy funds will now be migrated to support the second phase of Mosaic — a next-generation bridge and liquidity layer leading us towards our vision of building a chain-agnostic DeFi ecosystem.

Integrating Moonbeam to Mosaic to enable EVML1/2 transfers in Polkadot

Mosaic will now support Moonbeam as one of its connected networks. This integration will allow users to seamlessly transfer tokens between Moonbeam and Ethereum, Fantom, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Polygon, Moonriver, and upcoming integrations such as Optimism and Starknet.

Composable Finance is focused on creating cross-chain and cross-layer interoperability solutions in a siloed and fragmented industry. Composable Finance is building an infrastructure that allows developers to deploy applications capable of creating hyper liquidity and composability while allowing users to access previously disparate ecosystems through solutions such as Mosaic and its parachain-Picasso.
