If “old music” is no longer available, even in public places, who favours and who opposes it?

This means that the respondents are pedestrians and motor vehicle drivers who are often in non-compliance, garage and unsettled, or those who send their children far away, do not have a local plumbing, and cradles.

With low prices, no plates, no need for licences, no insurance, and easy access to electricity, low-velocity motor vehicles, commonly known as “old music”, have risen in recent years, and have introduced brand-type products such as brand-writing, feds, and Bingley. Some of the young consumer groups even joyed that the unachievable luxury nightmares were achieved by “old joy”. However, the danger that such wireless cars can be seen along the road is no longer laughable.

In recent days, violations of low-speed electric vehicles have been severely detected. The three- and four-wheels of electric wheels, known as “old music”, have become the focus of correction. The Beijing Municipal Administration has also stressed again in recent days that, as of 1 January 2024, three or four rounds of electric traffic have not been allowed to proceed and cannot be stopped in public places such as roads, squares and garages.

In addition, rivers, insignia, etc., have also begun this year to exercise strict control over “olds” in different ways.

A series of severe controls are behind the increasing security risks posed by “old-age bus”. According to the transport sector, in 2022, there were 131 traffic accidents involving three or four rounds of traffic in Beijing and more than 100 deaths. On the other hand, a statistics published by the Ministry of Works in 2017 showed that there were 830,000 low-velocity traffic accidents throughout the country for five years, resulting in 18,000 deaths and 186,000 injuries.

The problem of security has long been identified as unsustainable in this market.

Who is prohibited from going to the road?

In recent days, in the streets of Beijing, it was often observed that police officers had stopped three or four bursts of electric shocks on the road. It is known that this was accompanied by advocacy by the Beijing administration on the transition policy, with the implementation of order-and-order law enforcement in respect of three to four traffic vehicles.

The “transition period” originated from the joint publication in July 2021 of the Beijing City Public Security Bureau, the Beijing City Traffic Commission, the Beijing City Market Supervision Authority, the Beijing City Business Authority, the Beijing City Council and the Beijing City Council of Management Notices on the Strengthening of the Management of Interruptible T-Twenty-fourth Wheels, which provided for the expiry of the transition by the end of 2023, with three violations and four rounds of electric vehicles being prevented from travelling on the road and from being released in public places.

It is specified that since 1 January next year, vehicles will not be produced without the permission of the Ministry of Works and Communications and not included in the Road Motor Vehicle Production Business and Product Bulletin, and that the vehicle performance will not be in accordance with the technical standards of motor vehicle safety, and three or four motor vehicles, which use electricity as a driving force for passenger or cargo, will not be allowed to travel.

Prior to that, the city of Beijing had been recurred on numerous occasions with regard to the chaotic growth, disruption, disruption and frequent occurrence of road traffic accidents. As early as 1 July 2018, the marketing of all types of “supervised electric vehicles” is prohibited in the city of Beijing. Since then, a number of low-speed braking enterprises have started to upgrade through the acquisition of production qualifications and cooperation with traditional car enterprises. What is more known is the purchase in April 2018 of a “old Coxone” miner vehicle to acquire a new energy commercial vehicle and a special vehicle production qualification for a new energy commercial vehicle and a shift to the new energy vehicle market. Following the issuance of the Circular, the relevant departments were continuously engaged in intensive management and review of low-speed electric vehicles. In March 2021, the Department of Safety and Security issued a Summary of the Conference on the Standard-setting of Low-Risk Vehicles, which revised the criteria for four low-speed electric vehicles; in June 2021, the Department of Safety and Security publicly consulted on the new version of the National Marking, “Technical Conditions for the Meriting of Electricity (Agreement Draft), which included a definition and criteria for the use of mini-enrolled electric vehicles, as a management age group for purely electric motor vehicles.

Under increasingly detailed standards, heavy control of low-velocity electric vehicles, including in Beijing, has begun.

Over many years of intensive control has begun to bear fruit, with a number of three to four wheels of electric power in the city of Beijing, for example, already bearing a “GenB” plate, and the non-compliance with low-speed electric wheels has been detected.
