In mid-April, the launch ceremony of the “Swiss High School’s Science and Technology Results Towards the Wide East” event was held in the high-level district of Chiang Mai, by Professor Chusei Yamazaki. On the same day, the National Centre for Transfer of Technology of the University of West China (hereinafter referred to as the Clearing House Centre) was officially established in the newly high-lying area.

It is known that the Centre is being established by the National Technology Transfer Centre of the University of West Anguilla, the National Commission for the Management of the New Region of the State of the Afare, and the Trilateral Cooperation Institute of the Bay of Chianghua, and the first local municipal centre for the National Technology Transfer Centre of the University of West China in Hiroshima.

Since its establishment, the Centre has taken advantage of the scientific and technological skills and talent advantages of the University of West China, based on the overall philosophy of “needs-to-reaching, complementarities, coordination of innovation, win-win development”, which combines the geographical location, resources and market advantages of the new and advanced regions, with a strong effort to promote technological results, science and technology services, with 45 technological achievements; continuous promotion of business research, technical support, etc., with more than 100 visits to enterprises, more than 40 technology needs, organization of 30 events, scientific and technological transformation projects, which have created the advantage of a well-integrated and well-integrated research industry in the University of West High-based transport.

The newly opened zone was upgraded in September 2015 with the approval of the Department of State to become a new national zone. The national ranking has risen for six consecutive years since the upgrading of the country’s high new zone. Technical levels in the breakdown areas of high-metal performance materials, advanced molecular materials and refined industrial materials are at advanced national and international levels.

“In recent years, the development of the far-reaching new zone has been rapid and, thanks to the momentum of the development of the Gulf of Guinea, is at a fast pace of industrialization.” The Deputy Secretary and Director of the Board of Directors of the Party’s Enrichment of the New Region (PNP) are of the view that, at the present time, the newly-equipped regions are making intensive use of “three plots of land” for stock, efficient use and additional use, and that there is an urgent need to introduce high-end scientific innovators.
