With the developer world gradually navigating towards creating web3 solutions, solving problems in the technology industry, and in general has gotten more interesting, this change, in turn, has the effect of triggering a rather decentralized economy through applications built using smart contracts; which are basically self-executing contracts with terms of the agreement being directly written into lines of code distributed or built on the blockchain network. There are a lot of applications to this technology and it is making the world rethink the way things are done over the internet and in person.

This token economy will give an edge to the user, unlike web2 which is being totally controlled by the tech giants that collect and use data however they see fit, not taking user privacy seriously favoring targeted advertising. Therefore, this new economy will be taking communication, finance, gaming just to name a few, further through individual or collective effort, creator/user experience, and distribution infused with reward systems, giving users the right to earn valuable tokens amongst other things as well as make the data generated during these transaction processes authenticated and permanently stored on the blockchain giving validation with intricate value to most projects created on this platform executed, controlled and trackable by the code.

As this technology advances, a lot of disruption will happen in the industry. So moving forward, the technologies in our everyday life will still exist but most likely provide low value, but as long as they are very much in use and can only be built on, ever so constantly evolving there will be high demand for IT-related jobs with the mode of proper compensation in mind, meaning that the global demand for developers, designers, security experts and so on will increase, creating room for entry-level workers to get web2 gigs while the more advanced ones will be sort after for web3 jobs as long as they consistently polish their skill-set and use their experience to the best of their advantages. Learning new languages that would make it possible to create these new solutions is key even though some current in-demand languages can perform well.

We are steps away from creating a fully interactive and decentralized ecosystem making the world a true global village. it will not be easy, it will take time and it will need a lot of awareness of how fast the world is changing in order to create the kind of solutions to the problems with might face globally with a new and refreshing perspective. It has the power to help a lot of people around the world, making it better to connect and transact without too many boundaries or borders but we would also have to tread with caution, understand the dynamics and seek insight before delving into this or any technology so that it's true potential can be maximized.

With all this being said, we gravitate towards doing so much online and should also understand that recent incidents have shown that hackers are also getting critically involved with this technology.  Meaning that they can spend the time to find vulnerabilities making it possible for them to steal things like cryptocurrencies. Security experts Are doing what they can to create secure platforms and are still working through new ways to build upon them so we all should be careful and conduct adequate research before using these technologies in order to get the best out of it all
