Young cadres in the new era are born in a great era and are the main force in the development of the cause of the party and the state. Young cadres should cultivate both inside and outside. In addition to giving full play to their own advantages, they should also be good at “borrowing” other people’s things to enrich themselves.
Good at borrowing “excellent”. “The best is like water, and water is good for all things without dispute”. For young cadres, they must have a kind heart and tolerance. Young cadres should be aware of the connotation of “no gold is enough, no man is perfect”, always take others as an example, maintain an open mind to learn from others to look at the advantages of others, have an all inclusive mind, balance their mentality, correct their thoughts, and sincerely wish good luck to the progress made by others. At the same time, we should also recognize our own shortcomings, avoid red eye disease in learning from others’ good morality and ability, keep a low attitude, be fair and just to people, and take being honest, telling the truth and doing honest things as our creed in life.
Be good at borrowing power. Ability is honed in practice. Young cadres should dare to say, do and take responsibility. “Dare to speak” means that young cadres should dare to tell the truth, dare to speak for the masses in case of injustice, and do a good job as a mouthpiece for the masses; “Daring to do” means doing practical things and doing good deeds. Young cadres should not have the mentality of “doing more and suffering more losses” and do things for the masses regardless of how much they do and how little they do; “Dare to take responsibility” means that young cadres should have the dedication of being willing to sit on the bench. Young cadres should not lose heart because of their slim future. They should be beaten in difficult and urgent affairs, do not escape problems, and devote all their energy to discovering and solving problems.
As the saying goes, “the key to determining the amount of water in a bucket lies in the shortest board. Only by finding the shortest board and lengthening it can we continuously improve our ability and quality”. Young cadres should be good at “borrowing”, cultivate the behavior of “borrowing” into their own good habits, enrich themselves by borrowing the strengths of others, encourage themselves by borrowing the advantages of others, and turn “borrowing” into “using”, We should have bright eyes, see things early and act quickly, and make great achievements in the promising new era.
