Mazury is an effort for building decentralized professional reputation. Today recruiting is broken in many ways — ex-faang is considered the strongest signal, people in developing countries lack access to the best remote positions & startup founders lack tools for connecting with the talent

We believe that web3, blockchains & decentralized identities can change that

Right now we are building a platform that allows for permissionless referrals & connecting your web2 professional reputation to your eth address

We are soft launching the first iteration of the platform! Soft = it's publicly open to use, everybody can create their profiles, refer their friends, collect badges & display some curated lists (like lecrypto fellowship founders)

… but there is still a lot of work to do for Mazury to be a killer product so we are easy on pumping it to the moon :)

Selected partners (Genie, Angle, Abacus) have preliminary access to the search feature, with which they can scout, discover & recruit talent (this maybe you 👀 anon)

So you can start building your professional track record & get some welcome NFTs for being an og supporter 🙂 In the platform you can:

• refer your best friends in the refer tab

• display all available badges in profile tab

• collect badges for professional achievements

• stalk other people in the professional metaverse 🌊

There is no Mazury token now. Even if you see some jokes / rumors, Mazury will not have a token in a close future. If you read this message, Mazury still has no token.

However, if the project is successful in the future & there is a good use case for governance/utility within the platform, MazuryDAO can 100% be a thing. Just not now.

At launch, Mazury will not post any transactions on chain. You just need an evm compatible wallet like metamask or rainbow

In close future, we want to:

• allow users to mint their badges as NFTs on an evm chain of their choice

• move referrals on chain (for which polygon or starkex are considered)

Right now full time it's just me, wojtek 🙂 sometimes I write as we because

• there is more people involved in the general effort (eg. mazury intern on twitter)

• the team will hopefully grow soon
